StackMentalist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. · Bangalore, Karnataka, India (registered address available on request)
These Terms govern access to and use of the Payvio payroll platform (the "Service"), operated by StackMentalist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, the organization you represent (the "Customer") agrees to these Terms.
1. The Service
Payvio provides payroll processing, compensation management, payslip generation, reporting, and related features, and integrates with the connected HRMS (CrewKnit) as the system of record for employee identity. We may update features over time.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for your credentials, for your users' actions, and for configuring roles and permissions. We recommend that administrators verify their email address; you can continue using the Service while verification is pending. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to your data and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and support the Service. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and must not attempt to breach its security, access other organizations' data, or disrupt the Service.
5. Fees & billing
Subscription plans and employee limits are shown in the Billing section of the app. Payvio currently bills Customers via offline invoicing — there is no self-serve checkout or in-app payment collection. Fees, plan changes, and renewals are agreed in writing or by email with sales@stackmentalist.com or support@stackmentalist.com. Unless stated otherwise in your order, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.
6. Warranties & responsibility for payroll outputs
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing and approving payroll outputs before they are finalized, paid, or filed. Payvio assists payroll operations and does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
7. Limitation of liability & termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and liability is capped as set out in your order. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, or material breach; on termination we delete or return Customer data per our Data Processing Agreement.
